At Sanjibani, we take great care in delivering fresh, high-quality organic drinks. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return policy is designed to ensure safety, quality, and fairness.


1. Returns

  • We do not accept returns on consumable products once delivered.
  • Returns are only applicable if:
    • The product is damaged, leaking, or defective upon delivery
    • You received the wrong item

2. Reporting an Issue

If you face any issue with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, kindly share:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

3. Refunds / Replacements

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved:
    • A replacement will be shipped, or
    • A refund will be processed (based on availability and situation)
  • Refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery due to unavailability of the recipient
  • Minor variations in taste, color, or texture (as products are natural)

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
